As a Women in Tech Global Awards 2025 winner, what does this recognition mean to you, and how does it reflect your journey and impact in tech?
Winning this award feels like a milestone that reflects years of steady effort, curiosity, and resilience. I started my journey without a perfect roadmap, only a strong desire to learn and build. Along the way, I faced moments of doubt and moments of clarity that shaped me as a technologist and as a person.
This recognition reminds me that impact is built one consistent step at a time. It reflects the work I have done to champion innovation, support students through community initiatives, and build solutions that solve real problems. Being acknowledged alongside so many inspiring women makes me even more committed to using my skills to drive meaningful change in tech and beyond.
Tech Industry's Most Rewarding Aspects
In your experience, what is the most rewarding aspect of working in the tech industry, and how has it influenced your career path?
The most rewarding part of working in tech is the ability to turn ideas into something real and useful. Technology lets you see the immediate effect of your work. It teaches you to think clearly, learn constantly, and stay adaptable.
This mindset has shaped my career more than anything else. Every project I built, every hackathon I joined, and every community I contributed to helped me grow. Tech has shown me that innovation is not limited by background or resources, it is shaped by perseverance and the willingness to keep learning. That belief continues to guide my path today.
My Tech Career Milestone
Could you share a defining moment or a key achievement in your tech career that has been particularly impactful or meaningful to you?
One defining moment for me was building solutions that went beyond competitions and actually helped people in practical ways. Projects like AI powered platforms, digital twins, and IoT based systems taught me what technology can achieve when it meets a real problem.
Another meaningful milestone was mentoring and supporting students through communities and initiatives. Seeing someone grow because of your guidance is a different kind of achievement. It reminded me that leadership is not about titles, it is about lifting others with you.
Together, these experiences shaped my confidence and strengthened my purpose in tech.
Empowering Women in Tech: Real Stories, Career Advice, and Tips
From your experience, what essential advice and practical tips would you offer to women aspiring to establish a successful career in tech?
I would share four simple but powerful principles:
Start before you feel ready. Nobody begins with complete clarity. The courage to take the first step matters more than perfection.
Build, don’t wait. Projects teach you more than textbooks. When you create things, opportunities follow.
Seek communities, not just connections. Surround yourself with people who share your drive to grow. Community support can change your entire journey.
Believe that you belong. Many women doubt themselves even after achieving great things. Confidence grows from doing the work, asking questions, and showing up again the next day.
These habits have shaped my own career, and I truly believe they can help anyone grow in tech.
