As a Women in Tech Global Awards 2025 winner, what does this recognition mean to you, and how does it reflect your journey and impact in tech?
Winning the Women in Tech Global Award for Digital Transformation of the Year is deeply humbling and meaningful to me. This recognition reflects a journey defined by resilience, curiosity, and a belief that transformation is not just about technology—it’s about clarity, courage, and outcomes. Over the years, I’ve worked across global enterprises, complex ERP programs, and high-pressure transformations where success depended as much on leadership and trust as it did on systems and data. Through GotoFastLane, this journey evolved into building a firm that challenges traditional consulting models—using AI-enabled governance, predictive insights, and execution excellence to help organizations transform with confidence, especially during moments of scale, disruption, and change such as M&A and digital modernization.
This award represents the impact of turning complexity into momentum, enabling teams to make better decisions earlier, and proving that women can lead some of the most complex technology transformations with precision and purpose. Most importantly, it reinforces my commitment to opening doors for other women in tech - through mentorship, community engagement, and by showing that leadership in transformation can be both technically rigorous and human-centered.
To me, this recognition isn’t a finish line - it’s a responsibility to keep building what’s next, and to bring more women along on that journey.

In your experience, what is the most rewarding aspect of working in the tech industry, and how has it influenced your career path?
The most rewarding aspect of working in tech is the ability to turn complexity into clarity and create real-world impact at scale. Technology, when applied with purpose, has the power to improve how organizations operate, how people work, and how decisions are made. This has shaped my career toward leading high-impact digital transformations - combining strategy, execution, and AI-driven insights - while building teams and platforms that enable sustainable growth and confident leadership through change.

Could you share a defining moment or a key achievement in your tech career that has been particularly impactful or meaningful to you?
A defining moment in my tech career was realizing that true transformation success is not driven by technology alone, but by leadership, clarity, and execution under pressure. While leading large-scale, complex digital and ERP transformations, I saw firsthand how early risk visibility, strong governance, and empowered teams could change outcomes—not just for systems, but for people and businesses.
That realization led me to build GotoFastLane, with a focus on AI-enabled governance and execution excellence - helping organizations navigate transformation with confidence, predict challenges earlier, and turn complexity into momentum. Seeing teams move from reactive delivery to proactive, data-driven decision-making, and knowing that our work helped leaders sleep better at night, has been deeply meaningful to me.
This moment shaped how I lead today: with purpose, accountability, and a commitment to building systems - and cultures - that enable sustainable success.
Empowering Women in Tech: Real Stories, Career Advice, and Tips
From your experience, what essential advice and practical tips would you offer to women aspiring to establish a successful career in tech?
Build strong fundamentals and pair them with courage. Invest early in both technical depth and business understanding, and actively seek opportunities that stretch your skills and judgment. Don’t wait until you feel “ready” to step into bigger roles - growth comes from doing, not waiting. Find mentors and sponsors who challenge you, advocate for you, and help you see beyond your own limits. Learn to communicate the impact of your work with clarity and confidence, not just the effort behind it. Above all, trust your perspective and stay authentic—diverse leadership isn’t a disadvantage in tech, it’s a strength that drives better innovation and lasting change.

I would strongly recommend WomenTech Network to women at every stage of their tech journey - students, early-career professionals, senior leaders, and founders - as well as allies who are committed to meaningful inclusion in technology.
