As a Women in Tech Global Awards 2025 winner, what does this recognition mean to you, and how does it reflect your journey and impact in tech?
This recognition is deeply meaningful to me because it represents the power of community, collaboration, and continuous learning. My journey in tech has been shaped by incredible mentors, peers, and teams who believed in sharing knowledge and lifting each other up. Winning this award is not just a personal milestone - it reflects the collective impact we create when we invest in people and nurture diverse voices in technology.
My inspiration to mentor came from the mentors and leaders who shaped my own journey. Throughout my career, I’ve benefited from guidance that helped me navigate challenges, embrace opportunities, and grow with confidence. Those experiences taught me that mentorship is not just about sharing knowledge—it’s about listening, empowering, and creating a sense of belonging.
I believe that when we invest in others, we multiply impact. Mentoring allows me to give back to the community, help others unlock their potential, and learn from diverse perspectives. Every conversation with a mentee is an opportunity for mutual growth, and that’s what makes it so rewarding.

In your experience, what is the most rewarding aspect of working in the tech industry, and how has it influenced your career path?
The most rewarding aspect of working in the tech industry is its constant evolution and the opportunity to solve real-world problems that impact millions of lives. Technology challenges us to think creatively, adapt quickly, and embrace lifelong learning. For me, this dynamic environment has been a catalyst for growth. It has pushed me to step outside my comfort zone, lead with curiosity, and continuously reinvent myself.
What inspires me most is the ability to create solutions that empower people and businesses globally. This sense of purpose has shaped my career path, guiding me toward roles where I can combine innovation with leadership and help others thrive in this ever-changing landscape.

My Tech Career Milestone
Could you share a defining moment or a key achievement in your tech career that has been particularly impactful or meaningful to you?
A defining moment in my career was leading a global engineering team through a complex modernization initiative that transformed critical systems at scale. As an Engineering leader, my role was not only to drive technical excellence but to foster alignment across diverse teams and geographies. The most impactful part wasn’t just delivering the solution - it was creating an environment where engineers felt empowered to innovate, collaborate, and take ownership. Seeing the team grow in confidence and capability while achieving a shared vision was incredibly rewarding. That experience reinforced my belief that true leadership is about enabling others to succeed and building trust that fuels long-term impact.
Empowering Women in Tech: Real Stories, Career Advice, and Tips
From your experience, what essential advice and practical tips would you offer to women aspiring to establish a successful career in tech?
My advice to women aspiring to build a successful career in tech is to embrace continuous learning and believe in your unique perspective. Technology evolves rapidly, so staying curious and adaptable is key. Don’t hesitate to take on challenging roles as they often lead to the most growth.
Build a strong network of mentors and peers. These relationships provide guidance, support, and opportunities you might not find alone. Advocate for yourself, your voice matters. At the same time, lift others as you climb, collaboration and empathy create lasting impact.
Finally, don’t let setbacks define you. Every challenge is an opportunity to learn and strengthen your resilience. Confidence comes from preparation and persistence, so keep investing in yourself and trust the journey.
