    Reflecting on My Journey

As a Women in Tech Global Awards 2025 winner, what does this recognition mean to you, and how does it reflect your journey and impact in tech?

This recognition is deeply meaningful to me because it represents a journey built on persistence, continuous learning, and a commitment to creating impact beyond individual roles. Throughout my career, I have focused not only on delivering results, but also on enabling others through education, knowledge sharing, and inclusive leadership. Being recognized by a global community affirms that investing in thought leadership, product education, and community engagement can create lasting value in the technology ecosystem. It is both a milestone and a responsibility to continue contributing at a broader level.

    Tech Industry's Most Rewarding Aspects

In your experience, what is the most rewarding aspect of working in the tech industry, and how has it influenced your career path?

The most rewarding aspect of working in tech is the ability to translate complex ideas into solutions that empower people and organizations. Technology evolves rapidly, and being part of that evolution requires adaptability, curiosity, and collaboration. This environment has shaped my career by encouraging me to stay forward-looking, embrace interdisciplinary thinking, and focus on building bridges between innovation, execution, and education.

    My Tech Career Milestone

Could you share a defining moment or a key achievement in your tech career that has been particularly impactful or meaningful to you?

One of the most meaningful aspects of my career has been seeing how knowledge-sharing initiatives can scale impact far beyond a single team or project. Moments when ideas, frameworks, or knowledge sharing help others grow, make better decisions, or advance their own careers have been especially rewarding. Those experiences reinforced my belief that leadership in tech is not only about building products, but also about developing people and communities.

Empowering Women in Tech: Real Stories, Career Advice, and Tips

From your experience, what essential advice and practical tips would you offer to women aspiring to establish a successful career in tech?

I would encourage aspiring women in tech to invest in both depth and breadth, develop strong expertise in your chosen area while also cultivating adaptability, resilience, and strategic thinking. Seek out mentors and supportive communities, ask questions with confidence, and don’t wait for permission to contribute your ideas. Equally important is recognizing your own value and being intentional about building your professional brand. Careers are rarely linear, and meaningful growth often comes from stepping into opportunities before you feel fully “ready.”

Who would you recommend to join the WomenTech Network, and why?

I would recommend the WomenTech Network to professionals at any stage of their career who are looking to grow, connect, and make an impact, whether they are early-career technologists, experienced leaders, or those transitioning into tech roles. The network provides a powerful platform for learning, visibility, and global connection, and it plays an important role in amplifying diverse voices and fostering a more inclusive technology ecosystem.
