    Reflecting on My Journey

As a Women in Tech Global Awards 2025 winner, what does this recognition mean to you, and how does it reflect your journey and impact in tech?

This award reflects how I approach everything I do — with speed, focus, and a determination to see things through. My journey hasn’t been a straight path, but I’ve always stayed proactive, faced challenges head-on, and ensured the team keeps moving forward. For me, creating impact comes from being open, transparent, keeping momentum, and welcoming feedback. This recognition reminds me that persistence, collaboration, and refusing to give up make a real difference.

    Tech Industry's Most Rewarding Aspects

In your experience, what is the most rewarding aspect of working in the tech industry, and how has it influenced your career path?

What excites me most about tech is its pace. I thrive on jumping into challenges, quickly figuring out what’s holding progress, and driving clarity so the team can act. Tech constantly pushes me to learn, adapt, and raise standards for myself and the people around me. The energy, the people, the problem-solving, and turning ideas into results are what keep me motivated every day.

    My Tech Career Milestone

Could you share a defining moment or a key achievement in your tech career that has been particularly impactful or meaningful to you?

One key moment was leading a complex transformation when the team was under pressure and unsure of the path forward. I focused on creating clarity, aligning the team, and maintaining open communication. By staying proactive and keeping momentum, the team transitioned from stress to confidence, collaborating effectively and delivering strong results. That experience reinforced for me that leadership is about momentum, transparency, and consistent action.
