Stephanie Maurice is a Customer Success leader at N-able, currently managing the CSM 1–9 motion supporting MSP partners across renewals, growth, and overall experience. Her path into tech was non-traditional, coming from a background in wedding and event planning, where she built a strong foundation in hospitality, organization, and customer care. Since joining N-able four years ago, Stephanie has held multiple roles, earned President’s Club honors three times, successfully onboarded over 70 percent of a strategic buyer group, and helped scale new programs and teams. She is passionate about coaching others, streamlining processes, and encouraging women to take bold career leaps.

Erika is a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner based in Manila, Philippines, with over 14 years of experience in recruitment. She is passionate about building inclusive, high-performing teams where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive. She believes recruitment is about more than filling roles—it’s about changing lives. Deeply committed to belonging, Erika intentionally embeds inclusive hiring practices into everything she does. She is especially passionate about advocating for women in tech and leadership and currently serves as one of the leaders of WONDER, a Community of Interest for women and champions in technology, where she drives mentorship and meaningful career advancement.
Ashley Thornton
Senior Manager, Security
Ashley is a Senior Manager with 15 years of experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance. Although she majored in Computer Science, she found her way into the compliance world early in her career—and hasn’t looked back since. She partners closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to ensure compliance is not treated as a “check-the-box” exercise, but as a meaningful way to strengthen and secure the business. Ashley leads a team of talented program managers who oversee audits, policies, and assessments, all while championing a practical, people-first approach to building strong security and compliance programs. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys tending to her in-house jungle of 50+ plants and unwinding with a good book.

Tierra is a Senior Belonging and Talent Programs Partner with extensive experience building and leading impactful talent development, talent attraction, and belonging initiatives across 11 countries and all levels of the organization. She brings over eight years of technical recruitment experience, along with a strong track record of leading global programs including ERGs, inclusive leadership initiatives, and early career strategies. Passionate about shaping organizational culture, collaboration, and innovation through belonging, she is also a natural storyteller who enjoys facilitating thought-provoking discussions that inspire meaningful change.
