Stephanie Maurice is a Customer Success leader at N-able, currently managing the CSM 1–9 motion supporting MSP partners across renewals, growth, and overall experience. Her path into tech was non-traditional, coming from a background in wedding and event planning where she built a strong foundation in hospitality, organization, and customer care. Since joining N-able four years ago, Stephanie has held multiple roles, earned President’s Club honors three times, successfully onboarded over 70 percent of a strategic buyer group, and helped scale new programs and teams. She is passionate about coaching others, streamlining processes, and encouraging women to take bold career leaps

Hi, I’m Ashley, a Senior Manager with 15 years’ experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance. While I majored in Computer Science in college, I stumbled into the Compliance world in my first big girl job, and I haven’t looked back since! I spend my time partnering closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to ensure compliance is not seen as a ‘check the box’ exercise but rather a method to make the business more secure. I manage a team of brilliant program managers who lead audits, policies, and assessments while also doing their best to bring a practical, people‑first approach to building strong security and compliance programs. Outside of work, I enjoy tending to my in-house jungle (I have 50+ plants) and reading a good book!
