Join us for the WomenTech Network in-person event in Bucharest, organized by Criteo, a space designed to share knowledge, connect, and empower women across the tech community.
The event’s keynote will focus on how modern ad tech platforms operate and provide high performance at key moments such as Black Friday. We will deep dive into the architecture and challenges of the advertising ecosystem, with a glimpse at the end-to-end flow of an ad impression. Discover how one of the largest AdTech real-time distributed systems works in production, making millions of decisions per second under strict latency constraints.
The event will also feature a panel discussion on how individuals across different roles drive change at work, from influencing teams and leadership, to turning ideas into meaningful impact.

Currently, she works as a Senior Software Development Lead at Criteo, on the development of Invoice and Payments services. Diana is also an author of novels, in which imagination, legends, and the extraordinary find their balance.
