Roli Agrawal
Global Head of Strategy and CEO Office, NTT DATA INC
Roli Agrawal is the Global Head of Strategy and CEO Office at NTT DATA, where she leads global corporate strategy and supports the CEO in critical decision-making, stakeholder communications, and strategic initiatives. With over a decade in management consulting, Roli has held key roles at Bain & Company and McKinsey & Company, specializing in technology and digital strategy. Her experience also includes technology consulting, in-house tech leadership, and contributions to a high-growth startup leveraging AI for retail execution. Roli holds an MBA from INSEAD and an Engineering degree from IIT Roorkee.
Theresa Jones
Global SVP Revenue Acceleration
Theresa Jones is the Global SVP of Revenue Acceleration at NTT DATA, where she leads global sales strategy, revenue growth initiatives, and key business programs. With over 23 years in the IT services industry, including 11 years at NTT, she has held leadership roles across sales, operations, consultancy, customer support, and management. She also oversees Global CX, Portfolio Governance, Supply Chain Services, and Ecosystems programs, collaborating closely with partners and clients. Theresa is an active advocate for Diversity and Inclusion, contributing to NTT DATA’s initiatives and broader industry programs in IT services and cybersecurity.
Clare Stephens
VP Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Clare is the VP for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at NTT DATA UK, bringing extensive experience in consulting, program management, talent acquisition, and business partnering. Previously leading DEI initiatives across EMEA at IBM, she is committed to fostering diversity representation and inclusive cultures through strategic engagement and well-being initiatives. Clare drives transformation by implementing results-driven solutions that align with organizational growth. Her vision at NTT centers on advancing DEI through a collaborative approach, embodied in the company’s ethos: "Creating Inclusion Together."
Amandip Jheeta
Director - Salesforce Alliance Leader & Women in Alliances Lead
Amandip Jheeta is a technology leader with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as the Salesforce Alliance Leader and Women in Alliances Lead at NTT DATA Inc. She is dedicated to promoting diversity, inclusion, and equity within the industry and actively mentors both internal and external professionals. Amandip's achievements include the Inclusion Trailblazer Award in 2024, the Inclusive Leader of the Year Award in 2021, and the Shining Star Award at the Women in Tech Awards in 2019. Additionally, she has served as an Ambassador and honorary judge for the Women in Tech Awards (Midlands) and is participating this year with UN Women UK at CSW69, advocating for gender equality and empowering women and girls.
Jayne Casey
Vice President, HR Technology Solutions
Jayne Casey is a senior leader with over 25 years of experience in global organizations. She has been with NTT Data for the past three years. Prior to joining NTT Data, Jayne spent 21 years at BT, where she honed her leadership skills in the HR field. One of her deepest passions is advocating for fairness and equity in the workplace. She is particularly committed to breaking down unhelpful narratives that women often tell themselves and opening up important conversations that can lead to meaningful change.
Stephanie Lacher
Head of Tangity
Stephanie Lacher is the Head of Tangity UK, the Design and Innovation team at NTT DATA. She leads a team of over 40 digital experience experts, including User Researchers, Service Designers, and UX/UI Designers. Stephanie has been with NTT DATA for more than 8 years. Before moving to the UK, she was involved in building Tangity across various regions in Europe. With a combination of Business and Design background, Stephanie consults large corporations on applying a user-centric approach when designing new products and services.
Karen Fairhurst
Vice President of Services UK&I at NTT DATA, Inc.
Karen Fairhurst is the Vice President of Services UK&I at NTT DATA, Inc., where she leads a dynamic team delivering innovative networking, cloud, security, and enterprise solutions. With extensive experience at NTT DATA and other leading organizations, Karen has been instrumental in driving transformation and fostering long-term partnerships, such as the 10-year collaboration with Vodafone. Passionate about leveraging technology to create meaningful impacts, Karen is married with two children and enjoys traveling both for work and with her family.
