Women in Tech Sofia 2025
The Power Within: Leading with Courage Through Change
In a world defined by constant change, true leadership is found in those who dare to grow. The Power Within: Leading with Courage Through Change is more than an event — it’s a shared journey. This is a space for honest conversations, community connection, and powerful inspiration.
Our speakers and panelists will share about their experiences, their struggles, and how stepping into change with courage helped them — and those around them — to thrive. A distinguished panel will further highlight the importance of support and allyship in empowering women to lead with confidence and courage.
This event is a celebration of the courage it takes to challenge yourself, the strength to navigate change, and the power within each of us to lead our own journey of growth. Because when we lead ourselves through change, we light the way for others.
Important: Due to limited venue capacity, only approved attendees will be admitted. If you do not receive an email from WomenTech Network with the location and confirmation instructions, you will not be able to attend. Please check your inbox for further details.
