I think a conference only really matters if people are actually able to use what they learned afterward. It’s easy to attend sessions, but the real question is whether those ideas show up later in real work. Mostly, when someone starts using a new tool, improves their workflow, or begins solving problems in a different way because of what they picked up, that’s when the real impact becomes visible.
