I am a Computer Science professor and since 2011 I have been working with Women and Computing issues. Nowadays I am Programa Meninas Digitais' - PMD (Digital Girls Program) ambassador. PMD is one of the Brazilian Computer Society (SBC) initiatives to motivate girls to choose Computing as a career. I have also written a children´s book, in Portuguese and Spanish, about Ada Lovelace with the support of PMD and SBC. I am also interested in meditation activities. Finally, I am mother of a 2 years old boy. |
