Israa Hilles is a Canadian entrepreneur, community leader, and advocate for women and refugees in tech and business. Born and raised in the UAE, she is the founder of Escritoire Coworking Space and Hilles.ca, an e-commerce platform for outdoor products. She was named Entrepreneur of the Year in Canada (2018) and selected among the Top 25 Canadian Immigrants (2021). An alumna of the U.S. State Department’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), Israa uses storytelling, innovation, and digital platforms to build bridges between cultures and empower underrepresented voices. |
