I am a professor of Intercultural and Diversity Management. I have been working as a professor for 6 years on D&I topics and also in HR at tech-related companies. I have always been deeply involved in diversity and IT topics, and I love working with IT professionals, always amazed by their knowledge. Currently, I am working at expertlead as the senior manager for Backend freelance developers, leading also a team of 4 people. The company is built as a network of IT freelancers, where we try to assist them on finding projects, provide tailored benefits, training, blog articles, and events. |
