About our Circle
Mission (what we’re here to do):
Build a supportive Twin Cities community that empowers women in tech through mentorship and sponsorship, leadership development, and hands-on learning in emerging technologies—via webinars, workshops, and meetups. We celebrate achievements, grow confidence, and create practical pathways for career advancement, entrepreneurship, and STEM impact.
Who it’s for:
Women and allies across the Twin Cities (Plymouth/Minneapolis–St. Paul) who are: early-to-senior career technologists, aspiring leaders, career switchers, women founders/entrepreneurs, and students. It’s especially for anyone seeking mentorship, networking, skill-building, and a high-trust space to learn, share, and grow—including those who want to support upcoming girl students in STEM.
