Growing up in Venezuela, I never imagined I would one day lead a technology brand developed in the U.S. and implemented across Latin America. However, it was the role models I found, women who didn't fit the traditional mold but dared to build and lead that changed my path. Today, as COO of BIGWISE Corp and Chief Biwitech Development Officer, I make it a priority to share my journey openly and support women who dream of innovating beyond borders. Through Biwitech, we are creating hardware that simplifies retail operations, but beyond technology, we're building representation. I believe that every time a young girl sees a woman leading a tech company, especially in fields like hardware or systems integration, we're rewriting what is possible. Whether in Miami, Caracas, or Mexico City, I've met women engineers, developers, and designers whose ideas are powerful but lack visibility. That's why representation matters. I hope that by leading publicly, publishing knowledge (such as my recent book on self-service implementation), and staying actively engaged with networks like WomenTech, we create space for the next wave of female builders, coders, and creators. Because the future of tech is not only innovative, it must also be inclusive.
