We work with the Greek & Israeli leading organizations helping make their online experiences faster & secure. We are focused on building long term partnerships with our customers and partners. We achieve this through gaining an understanding of their technical, operational & commercial goals. Aligning Akamai's portfolio of products & services into the perfect solution for them.

Own your business

You'll be selling Akamai solutions to existing (Indirect & Direct) and new accounts within the Greek market (and potentially also in Israel). You will be responsible for the full customer life cycle. Working with marketing on demand generation to deal closure, customer management & renewals. You'll be supported by cross-functional internal teams, ensuring success with upsell / cross sell, building customer loyalty.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Fostering long term relationships through positioning valued solutions to meet your customers and partners unique needs.
• Maintaining sales pipeline, accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting. Managing contract renewals. Minimizing lost revenue and churn.
• Working with integrated cross-functional teams to ensure your customers and Akamai partners, understand the Value we bring.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have relevant sales experience working with undefined and especially partners.
• Have experience selling enterprise-class technology software, SaaS, internet-based technology solutions to enterprise class companies, with an emphasis on collaborating with very demanding partners.
• Demonstrate experience of account management with short term and long-term planning, selling value at C-Level.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of technology and the Internet, including cyber security.
• Demonstrate an aptitude for building trusted relationships with customers. Have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Have experience working in a collaborative, results oriented environment building good relationships with local partners.
