We seek an experienced leader to build and oversee a global advanced support team of 12 professionals across four countries. This role connects customer-facing teams with the data science department, ensuring outstanding service delivery and efficient regional collaboration. The team operates in the United States, Costa Rica, Poland, and India, promoting seamless communication and operational excellence globally.

The selected candidate will define and improve operational workflows, enhance customer engagement, address escalations, and transform feedback into actionable product insights. This position contributes to product direction while aligning support operations with overall business strategies and objectives.

As a Manager Data Science, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading, developing, and mentoring a geographically distributed team of advanced technical support professionals
  • Establishing and refining global support processes to drive efficiency, consistency, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating closely with data science and product development teams to identify opportunities for detection improvement and innovation
  • Managing high-priority escalations and ensuring timely, effective resolutions
  • Providing analytical insights and feedback to influence product enhancements and overall service quality
  • Fostering effective relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to align support initiatives with overarching business objectives.
