What You'll Do:

Bidswitch is a high‑scale (processing 8M+ RPS), low‑latency advertising middleware. We are building a new solution for publishers therefore we need more engineers to help us build real-time bidding applications.

You are:

  • A backend engineer with solid production experience

  • Proficient in Go (or ready to very quickly operate in it)

  • Comfortable picking up and using a new scripting language (JavaScript, Lua, or Python) for part of your work

  • Fluent in Russian and/or English and enjoying working in an international team in Limassol or Yerevan

Who You Are:

  • Design, implement, and operate backend services in Go (around 80% of your work)

  • Solve business and operational tasks using a scripting language (JavaScript, Lua, or Python) (around 20% of your work)

  • Contribute to high‑scale, low‑latency real‑time bidding applications used in Bidswitch

  • Participate in code reviews, incident analysis, and continuous improvement of service reliability and performance
