What You'll Do:

Investor Relations (IR)

  • Partner with the VP of IR and the IR Senior Associate to prepare quarterly earnings materials, including press releases, investor presentations, management scripts, and Q&A documents.
  • Analyze and synthesize financial and operational results to craft compelling external narratives for investors and analysts.
  • Maintain and refine financial and operational data used for investor modeling and benchmarking.
  • Support investor engagement and IR projects, such as investor targeting and investor days.
  • Ensure consistency between external communications and internal financial results and narratives.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Provide support for the quarterly earnings process, coordinating with finance teams to compile the company master KPI workbook, align forecasts and performance analyses with investor messaging.
  • Provide support for Board materials, synthesizing key financial metrics, performance drivers, and strategic priorities for executive and Board-level discussions.
  • Contribute to quarterly reporting, budget updates, and management analyses (including TAM/SAM) used in external and internal communications.
  • Support ongoing efforts to improve financial models, presentation materials, and reporting tools.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CFA or CPA preferred.
  • 8–10 years of experience in finance, FP&A, investor relations, investment banking, or equity research.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation drivers, and performance metrics.
  • Proven experience supporting quarterly earnings processes and/or Board reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
    Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, strategic insights
  • Collaborative mindset with a track record of working cross-functionally and under tight deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial planning systems (insert) is a plus.

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:

$180,000 - $220,000
