What You'll Do:
As Senior Product Manager for Agency Buying Enablement, you will own the product experience that allows agencies and holding companies to operate on Criteo’s demand platform independently, at scale, and as a first-class buying solution. You will define and deliver the foundational infrastructure agencies need: a scalable account model, scoped permissions, seat identity, and the operational controls required to manage large books of business efficiently.
This role sits at the core of Criteo’s agency strategy and works in close coordination with PMs responsible for API and MCP integrations, financial and pricing models, measurement & reporting and campaign activation. You will be the internal expert on how agencies actually work, and the person accountable for translating that expertise into product.
Your missions:
-
Own the agency account model: Define how agencies and their clients are structured on the platform, including hierarchy design, delegation rules, and account onboarding. Design for scale, so the model works for a single agency today and for a large holding company managing many advertisers tomorrow.
-
Lead seat management: Deliver a stable buyer seat identity per agency, addressable by SSPs for deal targeting, PMP eligibility, and post-auction discounts. Work cross-functionally to ensure seat identity is coherent across the supply stack.
-
Enable deal buying: Own the product experience for agency-led deal buying, including private marketplace deals, preferred deals, and programmatic guaranteed. Ensure agencies can bring their existing supply relationships to the platform, manage deal IDs, and activate deal-based inventory as part of their standard buying workflow.
-
Define the permission model and agency workspace: Design role-based access controls with scoped advertiser access, so different members of an agency team see and can action only what they should. Own the agency workspace experience, balancing operational simplicity with enterprise-grade governance.
-
Drive bulk operations: Agencies manage large portfolios. Define and prioritize the bulk creation, editing, and management capabilities that make the platform operationally viable for large trading teams.
-
Own agency reporting: Define the reporting layer agencies need: seat-level views, role-based report access, aggregated dashboards, and data export capabilities that connect into agency data warehouses. Work with the Reporting PM to ensure the underlying schema supports all required agency dimensions.
-
Enable programmatic access to agency workflows: Define the agency-facing API and MCP requirements for account management, delegation, and workspace operations. Work closely with the Integrations and Extensibility PM to ensure those capabilities are surfaced through well-designed, agency-friendly endpoints. This role does not own the API platform itself, but is the primary voice of agency requirements within it.
-
Partner with agencies to co-build.:Work directly with agency partners to validate product decisions, run co-design sessions, and ensure the platform reflects how agencies actually operate. Translate partner feedback into structured, prioritized requirements.
-
Support the agency financial model: Coordinate with the PM responsible for pricing and billing to ensure fee controls, margin management, and billing delegation work coherently with the account and permission model you own.
-
Monitor the agency and programmatic ecosystem: Stay current on how agencies work, what they expect from demand platforms, and where the industry is heading. Use those insights to shape a roadmap that keeps Criteo relevant and competitive for agency trading teams.
Who You Are:
-
Experienced: 5+ years in product management, ideally with exposure to programmatic advertising, agency workflows, or enterprise B2B platforms. We care more about how you think than where you come from.
-
Familiar with how agencies operate: You have a working understanding of how trading teams are organized, how they manage campaigns at scale, and what makes a demand platform feel like a real tool rather than an extra step. Direct agency experience is a plus, not a requirement.
-
Comfortable working with technical teams: You can engage meaningfully with engineering on product design without needing to write code. You ask the right questions and know when to push back.
-
Platform-minded: You think in systems, not features. You design for extensibility, building frameworks that scale as the platform and the business grow.
-
Collaborative by default: This role depends on tight coordination with adjacent PMs across API, Pricing, Reporting, and Activation, as well as R&D platform teams. You are effective in cross-functional workstreams and know how to drive alignment without owning everything.
-
Customer-obsessed: You build for the agency trader managing a large book of business who cannot afford operational friction. You validate with real users, prioritize ruthlessly, and are not satisfied until the experience works.
We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above. If your experience looks a little different from our requirements but you believe that you can still bring value to the role, we’d love to see your application!
