What You'll Do:

As Senior Product Manager for Campaign Experience, you will own the end-to-end user journey that powers campaign creation and management in the CDSP. You’ll design intelligent, agentic workflows that enable retailers, brands, and agencies to activate cross-channel commerce campaigns seamlessly — setting up a new usability benchmark for DSPs.

Your missions:

  • Define and execute the roadmap for CDSP’s campaign management experience, delivering a unified workflow that rivals best-in-class DSPs.

  • Shape the campaign hierarchy and object model (agency → brand/retailer → campaign → ad set → ads) across UI and API.

  • Lead product discovery to understand retailer, brand, and agency campaign-creation needs, validating through research, data, and early customer pilots.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and AI teams to evaluate and build agentic campaign assistants that streamline the campaign creation process.

  • Partner with creative, audience, and supply PMs to integrate their capabilities seamlessly into a single campaign flow.

  • Build bulk-management and automation capabilities that enable agencies to scale activations efficiently.

  • Drive adoption by working with go-to-market and commercial teams to ensure the CDSP experience meets customer expectations for transparency, control, and efficiency.

  • Serve as the voice of the advertiser for all campaign-related workflows within the CDSP tribe.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced: 5+ years in product management with deep exposure to ad tech, retail media, or user experience and workflows.

  • Strategic: Able to define long-term experience strategy while delivering near-term improvements that drive adoption.

  • Customer-Focused: Deep empathy for media buyers, retailers, and agencies; passionate about simplifying complex workflows.

  • Analytical & Problem-Solver: Comfortable interpreting data and feedback to drive product decisions; thrives in experimentation and iteration.

  • Autonomous & Action-Oriented: Owns the roadmap end-to-end, driving execution across multiple teams and time zones.

  • Influential Storyteller: Communicates clearly product vision across engineering, design, commercial, and leadership stakeholders.

  • Collaborative: Builds strong relationships with shared service teams (AI, creatives, optimization, supply) to deliver a unified experience.

  • Adaptable: Enjoys working in a fast-moving environment, balancing MVP agility with long-term platform thinking.

  • Fluent in English.
