What You'll Do:

As a Lua Developer, you will play a key role in shaping the trading platforms developed by Ad Tech Services for its clients. You’ll take ownership of the technical stack and business logic implementation for customized projects on the u-platform.

Working closely with Solution Engineers and Project Managers, you will:

  • Analyze and validate client requirements

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and use of internal services

  • Design, develop, and rigorously test code to maintain high performance, reliability, and scalability of our platforms

  • Investigate and resolve technical incidents to ensure smooth platform operation

Who You Are:

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated developer with a strong scripting background and a passion for solving complex problems. Ideally, you bring:

  • Professional experience with Python, Ruby, Perl, Lua, or other scripting languages (production-level)

  • A strong interest in working with complex business logic

  • Proficiency in written English

  • Spoken Russian skills

Nice to Have:

  • General understanding of the online advertising industry

  • Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Aerospike

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
