  • Advocate for technical best practices whilst designing innovative, evolutionary architectures
  • Influence and drive team decisions in collaboration with our product managers with a focus on user value
  • Contribute on software development of new features
  • Grow and support other engineers in collaboration with our engineering managers
  • Help evolving and utilize the latest technology thinking from our tech radar
  • You share our core values and care deeply about our mission.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • You have experience with technical leadership in more than one team in the past
  • You have 5+ years of full stack software development experience: with a focus on the front-end, but able to dive into back-end and cloud infrastructure decisions as well
  • Taking ownership and responsibility of our technical solutions full cycle: from ideation to maintenance
  • Passion for building clean, maintainable and scalable code in at least one of our main thee languages (Javascript, Golang or Python)
  • Care for evolutionary design whilst developing a compelling technical vision and strategy
  • Advocate for modern software development practices, Lean and Agile thinking
  • Inspire an atmosphere of feedback, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
  • You are based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
