We are seeking a strong Murex System Analyst with a primary focus on Front Office (FO) functionality and experience in workflow management. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in Murex, supporting Front Office users in a production environment. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure seamless trade capture, pricing, and related workflow processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert Murex support for Front Office users, including trade capture, pricing and workflow management
- Act as the primary point of contact for FO stakeholders, understanding their requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Murex FO functionality
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement enhancements, upgrades and configuration changes
- Analyze and optimize existing workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Document business requirements, technical specifications and process flows
- Participate in testing, validation and user training as needed
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience as a Murex System Analyst with a strong focus on Front Office modules
- In-depth knowledge of trade capture, pricing and FO-related workflows in Murex
- Experience supporting FO users in a production environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with both business stakeholders and IT teams
- Experience with workflow configuration and optimization is a plus

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $120,000 - $170,000.
