Digital Solutions Program Manager

HP’s forward-looking strategy is centered around the transformation to a Digital Services company, offering connected and differentiating customer experiences, optimized & unique product propositions and digitized end-to-end processes, enabled by common digital capabilities and enterprise grade platforms. To this end, HP has created a Digital and Transformation Organization, tasked with building world class digital capabilities and transforming the company. The Digital Solutions group is responsible for spearheading the design and execution of high priority cross-functional digital initiatives and transformation programs.

Position Overview

As a Solutions Program Manager on the Digital Strategy and Solutions team, you will be instrumental in coordinating and executing major initiatives spanning HP that provide the highest impact to HP’s businesses. This role will work in tight partnership with the various Global Business Units, Functions and IT in identifying high-value opportunities to explore, adopt and use of integrated and innovative digital solutions, leveraging existing and new platforms and tools. Key objectives for the role include mastery of both digital strategy execution capabilities and a deep proficiency in digital technologies. This requires partnering with both business and technology stakeholders. The role’s reach is global and focused on the growing businesses at HP.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-priority digital programs in collaboration with the Transformation organization and the growth businesses at HP
  • Collaborate extensively with program and project leads from the business and functions as well as IT to develop, command, and communicate Point of View on the full breadth of active and planned solutions needed across Enterprise Enablement
  • Drive the programs forward using best practice agile methodologies
  • Boldly root out unclear requirements and expectations and proactively communicate successes and risk.

Experience and Abilities

  • 10+ years total experience or demonstrable equivalent experience.  Experience may come from an enterprise product management background.
  • Experience in managing complex and challenging business requirements in the context of complex E2E business flows and processes
  • Experience/Proficiency in agile technology design and implementation. Able to effectively project manage multiple concurrent work streams.
  • Strong ability to communicate and synthesize business requirements into actionable plans.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and align senior executives in an objective manner using fact-based analysis methods.
  • Strong commercial and program management skillset and experience in driving rigorous tracking in order to drive continuous value and updated progress reporting to key senior leaders.
  • Ability to create and sustain an environment of teamwork while driving change and delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, analysis, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and independently manage complex project objectives
  • Extensive knowledge of and ability to manage statistical analysis and financial modeling.
  • Advanced business acumen, technical knowledge within at multiple business units, and extensive knowledge in applications and technologies.
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence.

Additional Job Description

The estimated range of compensation for this job at the time of this posting in CO is $111,350 - $161,450.00.  This position may be eligible for incentive pay, for openings where this is applicable.
