Requirements:

  • As a Workday HCM and Payroll Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday’s Payroll solutions.
  • Certification in Workday US/UK/Canada Payroll is a must.
    You will provide Workday product, subject-matter, and implementation expertise; and work with partners to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the derived solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday Payroll framework,  taxes, compliances, and legislation
    You will work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success.
  • Design and implement requirements in the Workday Payroll solution, building end to end solutions.
  • Demonstrate the configurations through the development of a prototype.
  • You will assist in creating solutions for clients and/or internal review.
  • Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements; ensure client takes advantage of Workday standard methodologies.
  • Help convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients in testing the designed solutions.
    Assist the integration team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions.
  • Resolve complex tasks/requirements and understand and implement complex business scenarios.
  • Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration.
  • Facilitate clients intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices for Workday Payroll.
  • Innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively
  • Substantial and measurable delivery of 2 or more End to end US/UK/Canada Payroll implementations.

Preferences:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday workstream.
  • Current active Workday US/UK/Canada Payroll Certification.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with work experience.
  • Must be able to setup Earnings, Deductions and Tax Calculations.
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
