Your missions :
As the guarantor of the development of iExec's reputation, you will work on three main areas:
Exploitation :
- Provide users and internal teams with expertise and advice on all platform features, components and tools,
- Support external users and product teams in the development of their DAPPS or solutions,
- Create prototypes and demonstrators to facilitate the development and industrialization of decentralized applications;
Evolution :
- Gather the needs and requests of our users and our product team, participate in the analysis and their evaluations,
- Actively participate in the transformation of these need into functional requirements and specifications, in close collaboration with the developers and product teams,
- Participate in the implementation of enhancements and new features with the obsession of improving the user experience and perceived quality,
- Carry out functional, reliability and performance tests for the functional chain,
- Verify the proper start-up of the delivered functionalities on the platform,
- Participate in technology watch and analysis of competing solutions
Valuation of performance :
- Support and help other departments in their communication, community development and marketing activities,
- Share the technical knowledge of the team through presentations of the platform, for partners, users, possibly during events or conferences
Profile required :
Holder of a Bac +5 in engineering or equivalent and you have a 1st successful experience in a similar position

You are fluent in professional English and you are able to establish precise diagnoses by providing coherent technical solutions.
