The Role

We are recruiting experienced Mainframe professionals across multiple specializations, including z/OS, CICS, DB2, RACF security, and Mainframe system operations.
These roles address distinct technical domains while supporting the same mission‑critical IBM Mainframe (z/OS) environments.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Depending on the specific role, responsibilities include supporting, operating, and maintaining IBM Mainframe (z/OS) environments across different technical domains, ensuring system stability, availability, performance, and security.
  • The roles cover a range of activities such as production support, incident and problem resolution, system monitoring, job control and scheduling, performance tuning, security administration, and operational troubleshooting across Mainframe platforms and subsystems.
  • All positions work in close collaboration with application, infrastructure, and security teams, adhere to regulatory and SLA requirements, and contribute to documentation, operational procedures, and continuity activities including backup, recovery, and disaster recovery support.


Who You Are

  • 10 years vast hands‑on experience in IBM Mainframe environments, including z/OS and one or more core Mainframe disciplines (e.g., CICS, DB2, RACF, or system operations).
  • Proven experience working in enterprise production environments, supporting mission‑critical and highly available systems.
  • Strong working knowledge of z/OS fundamentals, including JCL, TSO/ISPF, and Mainframe operational processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in production support, incident resolution, and complex problem troubleshooting.
