Why N-able
At N-able, we’re not just helping businesses be secure; we’re redefining what it means to be cyber resilient. Our end-to-end platform blends AI-powered capabilities and flexible tech stacks, so customers can manage, secure, and recover with confidence. But the real power behind it all? Our people. We’re a global crew of N-ablites, who love solving complex problems, sharing knowledge, and delivering solutions that actually make a difference. If you're into meaningful work, fast growth, and a team that’s got your back, you’ll be surrounded by people who believe in what they do, and in you.
The Senior GTM Program Enablement Specialist owns the “how do I do my job” layer of N-able’s go-to-market engine — the programs, competitions, campaigns, pricing and packaging changes, quoting and invoicing processes, and tool and feature rollouts that sellers must execute cleanly to win. This role translates operational and program change into seller-ready guidance, process assets, and talk tracks, and acts as the field’s first line for the practical questions that slow deals down. Working alongside Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and the broader GTM Enablement team, this role removes friction from the selling motion so reps spend more time in front of buyers and less time fighting process. Success is measured by program participation, process adoption and compliance, tool adoption, time-to-competency on new processes, and a measurable reduction in seller friction and support escalations.
What You'll Do
Program, Campaign & Competition Enablement
- Own enablement for GTM programs, competitions, incentives, and campaigns — build the guidance, step-by-step process assets, and talk tracks that let sellers execute each one correctly from day one.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to translate every new program or campaign into a repeatable enablement plan: what it is, who runs it, how to action it, and how success is measured.
- Drive participation and follow-through on programs and competitions, and track uptake so leadership can see what is landing in the field.
Process, Pricing & Tooling Enablement
- Enable sellers on core revenue processes — pricing and packaging changes, quoting, invoicing, deal desk, and approvals — and the systems that support them.
- Own enablement for tool and feature rollouts across the revenue stack (CRM, CPQ, sales engagement, and reporting), turning each release into real adoption rather than an announcement.
- Build and maintain a “how do I do my job” process library / knowledge base that answers the operational questions sellers hit day to day, reducing repeat questions and support tickets.
Field Support & Problem Resolution
- Operate as the first line for process, program, and tool questions from the field, resolving recurring friction points with durable enablement rather than one-off answers.
- Identify root-cause process gaps and partner with Revenue Operations and Sales Operations to fix them at the source, feeding field pain points back to the relevant system and process owners.
- Understand gaps in team performance, individual performance, process knowledge, and tool usage, and reinforce best practices and areas of improvement with the business.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Coordinate with the Revenue, Product, Global Comms & Onboarding, Insights, and VAR enablement specialists so program, process, and tool guidance is consistent and reinforced end-to-end.
- Align with Global Comms & Onboarding so new programs and process changes are announced cleanly and embedded into onboarding and everboarding.
- Maintain a clear ownership line with Product, PMM, and Marketing so enablement complements — rather than duplicates — their work.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Define and report on program and process enablement effectiveness — program participation, process adoption and compliance, tool adoption, time-to-competency, and reduction in seller friction.
- Run periodic audits so process content stays current and the field always works from approved, up-to-date guidance.
- Benchmark external best practices in revenue, program, and operations enablement and bring them into the N-able model.
This role is situated in a hybrid standard office environment:
- A significant portion of the job requires using computers and other technology to manage, analyze, and communicate.
- Periodic meetings in conference rooms or collaborative spaces may be necessary for team collaborations, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions.
- The role predominantly involves sitting for extended periods.
- Frequent use of computer keyboards, a mouse, and other electronic equipment for data entry and communication is essential.
- Substantial visual acuity to review detailed information on screens and documents. Additionally, the role may necessitate listening to and conveying intricate information during meetings or training sessions.
- Regular communication, both one-on-one and in group settings, is a cornerstone of this role. This may include presenting information, leading training sessions, or engaging in in-depth discussions with stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Sales Operations, or equivalent experience in related fields.
- Minimum five years of experience in sales/GTM enablement, revenue or sales operations, program management, or a quota-carrying / deal-desk role — with at least three years enabling B2B revenue teams on programs, process, and tools.
- Strong understanding of the B2B revenue process — pricing and packaging, quoting, invoicing, deal registration and deal desk — and the systems that run them.
- Demonstrated experience turning programs, campaigns, and tool/feature rollouts into measurable field adoption.
- Comfortable with the revenue tech stack: Salesforce / CRM, CPQ or quoting tools, sales engagement platforms, and reporting tools used to measure productivity.
- Proficiency with LMS and content platforms (Lessonly, Seismic Learning, Seismic, or equivalent LMS).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication, with a talent for making complex processes simple, clear, and actionable for a busy field team.
- Strong program and project management skills — able to run multiple concurrent rollouts in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment without dropping commitments.
- Ability to define, measure, and report on adoption and productivity outcomes, and to translate data into targeted improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
