As Nable continues to scale globally, Marketing Operations plays a critical role in ensuring inbound demand is converted efficiently, routed accurately, and measured consistently across regions and products. We're seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager, Inbound Conversion to own and optimize our inbound demand infrastructure with a specific focus on Chili Piper and it’s Salesforce integration, inbound conversion, demo scheduling, and speedtolead optimization.


What You'll Do


The Senior Marketing Operations Manager sits at the intersection of Demand Marketing, Sales, SDRs, and BizApps, translating GTM strategy into scalable, auditable, and highconverting systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that demo requests, trial signups, and contact flows are routed correctly, booked quickly, and attributed accurately. In this exciting role, you will:

  • Own endtoend configuration and administration of Chili Piper (Concierge, Distro, Handoff, Scheduling)
  • Design and maintain routing logic across all regions (NA, EMEA, APAC), all products, and ICP type
  • Continuously optimize speedtolead, meeting show rates, and booking conversion
  • Partner with SDR and Sales Ops teams to improve MQL conversion, inbound handoffs, and meeting quality
  • Monitor and drive improvements to data integrity including routing stamping, meeting booking visibility, and funnel reporting (MQL → SAL → SQL)
  • Partner with Demand Marketing to operationalize event meeting booking, demo requests, and contact sales flows
  • Own Chili Piper integration with Marketo, Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, and reporting tools
  • Document routing rules and system dependencies
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking inbound conversion rates, speedtofirstoutreach, meeting booking and show rates by channel
  • Analyze routing performance and recommend improvements
  • Support executive and GTM leadership with clear, actionable insights
  • Identify risks, data gaps, and process breakdowns before they impact pipeline


What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience with marketing operations, revenue operations, or go-to-market operations strategy
  • Direct experience owning Chili Piper in a complex B2B SaaS environment
  • Deep Salesforce expertise (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Campaigns, Opportunities)
  • Experience supporting inbound demos and trial motions at scale
  • Strong understanding of MQL/SAL/SQL lifecycle mechanics
  • Experience with Marketo or similar MAP
  • Global routing experience (multi-region, multi-product)
  • Familiarly with speed-to-lead benchmarks and inbound optimization best practices
  • Highly analytical and metrics-driven
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data hygiene
  • Strong documentation and process design skills
