What You'll Do

  • Achieve opportunity generation targets for N-able products, solutions, and initiatives within specific time frames across multiple market segments.
  • Build and effectively lead a sales development organization through hiring, training, development, and daily goal/objective setting.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual bookings goals.
  • Train new SDRs on programs and processes.
  • Organize and participate in shadow calls with sales development representatives to evaluate their performance and lead by example.
  • Attend leadership meetings and update sales executives on team and performance.
  • Use Salesforce.com as a sales management productivity tool and champion its use with the SDRs.
  • Perform weekly analysis of KPIs and monthly review and analysis of prior months' results.
  • Create and execute on internal operating procedures and playbooks for team.
  • Lead by example in promoting a positive, team-oriented culture and reinforce department and company values.


What You'll Bring


  • Must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to build and motivate a sales organization to ensure both short- and long-term goals, objectives, and quotas
  • A proven leader who is committed to grow and develop high performance teams
  • Ability to recruit and train qualified sales professionals is a plus
  • Strong understanding of inbound lead nurturing to develop pipeline, as well as outbound pipeline generation processes Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand sales numbers and manage to daily sales metrics
  • Analytical mindset comfortable generating reports and identifying trends in data
  • Ability to make adjustments to maintain lead generation velocity and momentum
  • Ability to adapt to changing business issues and requirements
  • Strong understanding of outbound pipeline generation processes
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
  • Ability to consistently demonstrate a promote a winner's mentality
