We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on storage technologies to join our Operations Engineering team. In addition to core DevOps responsibilities, this role will lead the evaluation, implementation, and support of modern storage solutions in on-premises and data center environments.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and support automation and orchestration capabilities to operate infrastructure and product codebases at scale.
  • Build and maintain internal tools, services, and modules to enhance developer and operations productivity.
  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, TeamCity).
  • Work cross-functionally with Support and Engineering teams to resolve incidents and improve system reliability.
  • Research, evaluate, and test modern storage solutions such as MinIO, Ceph, and other object/block/file storage systems.
  • Design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure storage architectures for on-prem and hybrid environments.
  • Maintain documentation and operational runbooks for storage systems and processes.
  • Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation to support customer-facing services.


What You'll Bring

  • Deep understanding of storage protocols (S3, iSCSI, NFS), data replication, and backupstrategies. 
  • Hands-on experience with storage platforms like MinIO, Ceph, GlusterFS, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of AWS (or Azure equivalent) foundational services (e.g., EC2, EBS,Route 53).
  • Proficient in Kubernetes-based application deployment and support.
  • Scripting and systems programming skills (Python preferred).
  • Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform).
  • Knowledge of security best practices and web server administration.
  • Experience working in on-premises and data center environments.
  • Understanding of networking concepts (firewalls, load balancers, VLANs).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

This position has a base monthly salary starting from 22,000.00 PLN gross. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is also eligible for a bonus.
