As a UX Designer at N-able, your job is to enable those superheroes to do their job, and honestly, that’s awesome.

 

N-able is seeking a creative, data centric and highly motivated UX Designer to become a valued member of our Cove product team and to bring simplicity and delight to superheroes users. As part of an experienced UX team of Designers and Researchers, you’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product managers, development, product marketing, executives, architecture and other company stakeholders.

 

You bring a strong customer focus, with a data-driven approach. You work well with minimal direction but you’re big on collaboration; you stand up for the users' needs, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. We work in a culture of empowered, persistent product teams — UX researchers and designers, as well as documentation team, are not service providers but key contributors shaping what the product should be.

 

The role of the UX Designer is similar to that of an independent and effective worker. You have a broad, detailed knowledge of UX skills and methods, product knowledge and working practices. A highly capable employee, who should operate independently with confidence and be able to support others as well as consider initiatives to improve the UX function.


What You'll Do

  • Contribute to end‑to‑end design work across discovery, ideation, and delivery with guidance from senior designers
  • Collaborate closely with Research, Product, Engineering, and Architecture to support usability and feasibility
  • Translate complex product and technical problems into clear, user‑friendly design solutions
  • Advocate for user needs by helping define UX opportunities and use cases
  • Use analytics and feedback tools (e.g. HotJar, Pendo, or similar) to inform design decisions
  • Create design artifacts such as sketches, wireframes, user flows, and high‑fidelity mock‑ups to communicate solutions
  • Incorporate feedback from product partners, users, usability testing, and data into iterative designs
  • Build interactive prototypes to support usability testing and validation
  • Contribute to and follow established UX and UI standards and best practices
  • Continuously look for ways to improve your craft, processes, and team collaboration


What You'll Bring

  • Experience in a UX or (preferably) Product Design role
  • Solid foundation in UX principles, interaction design, and user‑centered design practices
  • Strong working knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe, or similar
  • Experience collaborating within cross‑functional product teams
  • Exposure to SaaS product development environments is a plus
  • Familiarity with prototyping and usability testing methods
  • Basic understanding of analytics, metrics, and data‑informed design
  • Awareness of Agile, Lean, or Scrum product development approaches
  • Interest in AI‑assisted design or prototyping tools is a plus
  • Curiosity about business context and how design supports product and customer outcomes

This position has a base monthly salary starting from 15,000.00 PLN gross. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is also eligible for a bonus.
