Job Summary
As a Product Owner for Spot by NetApp’s Core Platform, you will be a pivotal figure in our organization, responsible for orchestrating the successful design, development, and maintenance of our core platform applications. You will work hand-in-hand with the Platform Engineering team, translating business needs and customer requirements into actionable plans and feature sets. By combining your strategic vision with your deep understanding of the product and its users, you will guide the development process and ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and reliable software solutions.
Job Requirements
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software product development, preferably in platform applications.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and their services.
• Familiarity with platform engineering concepts and technologies.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in defining and prioritizing product features based on customer needs and market demands.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative work environment.
Preferred:
• Develop innovative solutions to complex problems by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions
• Experience with Security and identity solutions, focusing on authentication and authorization methodologies.
