Quota Management

Support quota setup, distribution, and ongoing maintenance

Ensure quotas are correctly loaded and aligned with roles and hierarchies

Handle changes such as new hires, role movements, and organizational updates

Data Quality & Controls

Own data integrity across bookings, revenue, hierarchies, and eligibility

Run validation checks ahead of payroll deadlines across multiple countries

Maintain clear audit trails and documentation

Act as the go-to contact for Sales leaders, Finance, Payroll, HR, and Compensation teams

Resolve commission queries and disputes with clear, data-backed insights

Coordinate across regions where processes and timelines differ

Identify risks, anomalies, and improvement opportunities

Process Improvement

Continuously improve commission and quota processes

Support standardization initiatives across regions

Contribute to best practices, controls, and documentation
