About the role
We’re looking for a Global Payroll Analyst to support the end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑country payrolls using ADP Celergo. In this role, you’ll analyse payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong operational controls, all while helping us streamline processes and enhance the colleague experience globally.
You’ll work closely with regional partners, payroll vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and compliant payroll delivery. If you’re detail‑driven, proactive, and passionate about continuous improvement, this is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a truly global environment.
This role is a 9 month fixed term contract.
This role is required to work 3 days a week in the Winnersh ofice and 2 from home.
• Deliver accurate multi‑country payrolls, including pre‑payroll validation, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Analyse payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, tax requirements, and internal policies across assigned countries.
• Create clear and insightful reports to support leadership decision‑making.
• Maintain system integrity within ADP Celergo, supporting standardisation and accuracy across global payroll operations.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control.
• Provide excellent colleague support, managing payroll queries with professionalism and care.
What you’ll bring
• Experience delivering end‑to‑end international payroll across multiple countries (e.g. Australia, Austria, Israel, Morocco, Portugal, Romania).
• Hands‑on experience with global payroll platforms such as ADP Celergo (or similar) in a shared services environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, using tools like Excel and AI‑enabled solutions to validate data and analyse variances.
• Ability to work independently with global payroll vendors and in‑country partners, supporting audits and ensuring effective service delivery.
• Solid understanding of payroll controls, data integrity, and risk management.
• A proactive, solution‑focused mindset and the confidence to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
