The Stellantis AI Team — Prediction and Planning for AD — has exciting opportunities for exceptional candidates to work on AI for autonomous vehicles. As a member of the team, you will be using the latest deep learning technologies to create prediction and planning functionalities for the Stellantis AD vehicle platform. The team is part of the AI algorithms and ops department, and you will work in strict collaboration with the other teams of the area. The ideal candidate will have a good deep learning and software engineering background and will be ideally familiar with time series/behavior prediction and/or planning.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical field
  • A minimum of 1 year of work/research experience developing Deep Learning models, ideally for time series/behavior prediction or planning and experience with classical Machine Learning models
  • Basic understanding of vehicle kinematics and controls
  • Basic understanding of robotic perception systems and algorithms
  • Good command of at least one deep learning framework such as Tensorflow, Pytorch
  • Proficient in Python, Linux
  • Good communication skills in English language

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master of Science in Applied Physics, Math, Computer Science, Electrical/Computer/Automation Engineering, or related Engineering field
  • A minimum of 3 years of work/research experience developing Deep Learning models, ideally for autonomous systems
  • Experience with one of the following: Deep Learning for prediction, Deep Reinforcement learning
  • Experience with C++ development
  • Good understanding of vehicle/robotics control and trajectory planning
  • Good understanding of deep learning for perception
