As Director of Talent Success, I am responsible for the end-to-end journey of every talent that comes into the Toptal network. Previously, I was a management consultant at Bain & Company, then joined e-commerce startup NatureBox to lead retention marketing, and later, the direct-to-consumer business. I'm a proud alum of the University of Southern California (BS in Business) and UC Berkeley Haas School of Business (MBA). I recently moved to Seattle with my husband, Matt, and dog, Maple.
