Finding meaningful connections and achieving mutual confidence is essential to function as businesses and as a society. In this session, Lara will explore ways in which we can achieve this as individuals and as businesses, and how the two often intersect.
We will also discuss insights on how to combine the imperatives of compliance, innovation, customer value and authenticity.
Lara Martini, Senior Director Customer Adoption for EMEA at Salesforce, is a high-tech marketing and strategy leader with almost 20 years of executive experience living and working in Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and the US in roles spanning marketing, alliances and business unit management - giving her a unique perspective on developing a company-wide customer engagement approach, and on communicating across cultural differences.
Passionate about inclusion and the positive role of business in society, she is also a non-executive Board member at the Data and Marketing Association UK, a start up mentor and MBA adjunct faculty.
