Session: You're Not an Imposter, You're an Outlier in Tech
A call to action to women feeling like an imposter inside their company and the tech industry. Your unique, non-conforming point of view is why you got into tech and why you should stay in the field.
It's time to stop thinking of yourself as an imposter and start thinking of yourself as an outlier. No matter what your background or professional experience, there is a place for you in technology. You are on the brink of something great. You’re better than average and that’s what makes you an outlier.
