Session: Limiting Beliefs...Why We Listen to the Voices in our Head

You are Your Limiting Beliefs: Women often are the own worst enemies. We only apply for positions if we meet 100% of the criteria. We don't feel comfortable expressing our views if we're not sure all will agree. We're less likely to ask for the salary or the raise we want. We let that voice in our head that we're not enough win over the voice that tells us we're powerful. What if we were able to squash those limiting beliefs when they show up?

You can download a workbook here to capture notes: https://crimdellconsulting.com/resources/ols/products/im-more-than-my-limiting-beliefs-worksheet.
