Leading like a woman in STEM is about honing those leadership techniques and skills that you probably already have but didn't know you'd need in leadership. Its more important than ever that we have women in leadership within STEM. If we hope to increase the numbers of women in STEM in general, we must have good, resourceful, powerful, and thoughtful women in leadership within STEM. This session will give some good tips to begin your leadership journey. You will learn about the C3PN system to leadership.
