Session: How COVID-19 will affect digital marketing moving forward
All industries have been affected by COVID-19 and it will mean massive change for marketing budgets for everyone. There is going to be a shift in where the money is allocated and a lot of that is likely to move to web and digital spend. However, digital marketing will never be the same after this. There will need to be new ways that brands will have to "tell their story" such as webinar hosting and Zoom meetings- and messaging now has to be sensitive in selling to those who are going through the financial crisis. In this talk, I will dive into the current data and predictive data of what is going on in the digital marketing realm and talk about how things are likely to change and ways companies can adapt their strategies accordingly.
