Richlyn is a woman, passionate about leadership and how leaders can empower each of their members, individually and collectively as a team. In her various experiences leading volunteer teams in Colour Sisterhood, fighting against injustices like human trafficking and for girls to have an opportunity for an education. She has coached and developed leaders to be able to take on high capacity roles and empower those around them. She is now based in Berlin, leading an International product & technology team within idealo.
