Session: Delivery on your team goals during uncertain and stressful times

Engineering teams main goal is delivering on features to meet their company goals. Uncertainty that engineering managers and engineers leader deal with were always there and they had many techniques to deal with these uncertainties. COVID-19 added hurdles like communication between team members became unintuitive, new members of the team are not easy to onboard, and brainstorming ideas is much harder. The talk will address the challenges and share some solutions to help leaders add some order back to their teams and have some certainty in an uncertain time.
