Session: How the Digitalization changes our understanding of leadership
The Digitalization has deconstructed and reassembled many areas of our live. The digital sphere has led us into a new cultural era. Yet many companies try to act as if this would not affect their leadership. But the truth is: For companies to win the war for talents we need to see how the times are changing, what new cultural influences drive the people and how leadership has to change in order to meet them.
In this session we will review where we came from, where we are and where we are going to. You will see what possibilities arise from the use of technology and what dangers come from seeing the technology only. And you will learn how wholeheartedly going for the Future of Work will heal the pains you have as a leader right now.
