The number of women in the tech sales profession is sadly in line with the overall low numbers of women in tech, and despite research showing women outperforming men in B2B sales roles, they are faced with challenges and adversity throughout their careers. It’s important to build awareness around common misconceptions and myths about what it takes to be a successful sales rep, and how crushing those stereotypes not only impacts the bottom line, but helps us move forward with purpose and gender diversity in a highly rewarding career.
