OK. Um My today's topic is restart your technical journey as in becoming a sales force certified admin. So this is very common, right?As a woman, when we involved in multiple roles of our life, like as a mother, as a sister, as a daughter, as a, as a many role we do have in our whole pro personal journey. So in that personal journey, due to some reasons, we took a break from our career, we took a break from our own wishes and dream that we expect to be fulfilled at certain point of time. So once we had a break, definitely it's not easy to join back. So in that join back journey will always be challenging two, the persons who either woman or a man, it's irrespective to the person. This journey is always challenging. So I would like to share today a main thing which is related to the CSO technology, which provides a very friendly environment for the persons who are going to be available as a restarting their own journey again. So that sales force technology is a Sass based technology. Let me just give you a background out of it. So it's a S A based cloud technology and that technology have almost everything available on internet where you need a learning code only. That's it. They're all documentation, help guide everything available.
We just need to do hands on and we have a knowledge on top of that documentation and uh material that helps you to understand about CS Force. There is a very good community available surrounding you. So recommendation is if you are starting with CS Force, first recommendation is try to find out your local community or your nearby community or online community. So there are multiple CS Force community available. You connect with the community in the community. There are leaders and volunteers and uh contributors, they help you to guide your personal growth, they, they guide you to start your new new journey. That's the best thing about the community. And uh if you, if you involve the community, you get the networking, you get to know your surrounding knowledge about opportunity available in your local city and local uh area as well as online opportunity where you, you have a flexibility to control your hours that I would like to suppose I would restart my journey with just two hours of work per day.
You know, because I would like to take care of my kid or if I, I do have other responsibility of family, I is that all flexibility that sports ecosystem have. So ideally that first is about um learning and second is about how you enroll. So these are the two things which help us to guide our next work.
