Others often see patterns and potential we overlook. 4. Craft your story. Build a forward-looking narrative that connects your past experiences to where you want to go next. 5. Prepare and rehearse. Whether it’s a networking chat or a job interview, practice how you tell your story so it feels authentic and confident. Transitions aren’t about having all the answers — they’re about staying curious, intentional, and open to growth. And yes, it’s possible to pivot without burning everything down.
